The Trivettes

I sanded all the rough spots out of the chair and then primed it with spray paint primer.  I spray painted it with a black satin.

The fabric is actually curtain panels I used in our townhouse.  I still have 2 valances up.....one in the kitchen and one in the laundry room. 

 David cut a piece of plywood to fit the chair.  I bought foam at Wal-Mart (2 pack was $7.50).  I cut the foam to fit and then my rock star Hubs helped me staple it to the plywood.
